DNA Sequencing Core Facility
The DNA Sequencing Core Facility is part of Baylor College of Medicine Advanced Technology Laboratories. The core offers automated sequencing on Applied Bio-systems 3130XL Genetic Analyzer. The core also provides sequence data from single-stranded DNA in M13 or Bluescript helper phage, double-stranded DNA in a variety of common cloning vectors, and amplified PCR fragments. We are open to all institutions in the Texas Medical Center.
